It fuses AI with industry risk profiles and historical accidents to generate tailored drill plans, and uses a 3D engine for high-fidelity scenes supporting multi-user immersive drills. A three-tier command structure — rear headquarters, forward headquarters and emergency special team — links 3D drill scenes with digital command screens, reproducing dispatch, damage survey, pole-collapse repair and emergency power supply tasks for realistic, visualized deduction.
