The Yunnan Power Grid Honghe Power Supply Bureau Safety Experience Center is located in the former Yunnan Provincial Electric Power Technician School in the southern suburbs of Kaiyuan City. It aims to build a first-class skills training center for Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. and provide a solid guarantee for employee training.
The Safety Experience Center of Honghe Power Supply Bureau of Yunnan Power Grid is equipped with new simulation equipment and experimental devices to simulate the overhaul and maintenance of different power equipment. The center uses virtual simulation technology to provide students with an immersive experience of safety accidents, thereby strengthening their safety knowledge, improving their safety skills, and building a new model of power safety training that integrates "positive practical training, reverse experience, virtual and real interaction, and skill improvement".
The training content of the center is rich and varied, covering the main aspects of power safety production. The training content includes: integrated virtual and real operation body sensation, 10kV distribution network failure virtual and real combination body sensation, safety tools and PPE body sensation, live wire shearing body sensation, arc burn body sensation, human body electric shock body sensation, object strike body sensation, emergency rescue and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, etc. The “experiential + experiential” training model helps learners better understand the process and measures of emergency response, so that learners can quickly respond to emergencies, avoid hazards in a timely manner, and safely rescue, further enhancing their ability to respond to safety accidents.
Based on VR virtual reality technology, self-developed system, combined with typical operation scenarios of power companies, Nicholas Technology uses role-playing and computer interactive operation methods to allow the experiencer to truly experience the occurrence, development and emergency handling of safety accidents from the first perspective, so that the experiencer can obtain real disposal experience in the virtual environment, comprehensively understand and master the basic knowledge of safety production, enhance the rational understanding and response ability of safety accidents, and ensure the safety of their own lives and property as well as those of others.
