Simulating real equipment and operations, this device reproduces accidents caused by 10kV switchgear maloperation — explosion sound, cabinet door bursting open, intense light and discharge noise — so trainees understand the consequences of violations. Functions: forced closing with the truck not in position; conductor overload/poor contact; closing the switch with the earth switch on; live earthing; poor isolator contact; load-break isolator operation; hands-on demonstration; accident simulation with true logic to the cabinet; live status and open/close indication; safety protection with emergency stop, earthing and leakage protection.
