[Cooperation case] A disaster prevention and mitigation class at the Yunnan Earthquake Emergency Response Base

In order to improve the youth's awareness of earthquake prevention and mitigation and emergency risk avoidance ability, on May 12, on the occasion of the 17th National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day, the earthquake emergency base of Yunnan Power Grid Company, which was designed and built with the participation of our company (Nikola), carried out earthquake science popularization activities on disaster prevention and mitigation day for primary and secondary school students for the first time. As the first immersive electric seismic fusion training base in the domestic power industry using AI + MR, the base has been highly recognized by leaders and experts in the emergency and power industry for its pioneering technology application and excellent practical results, and has injected new vitality into the fields of power and earthquake emergency training. During the event, 70 teachers and students from Dongcheng Primary School and Eleventh Middle School in Yuan City were immersed in experiencing earthquakes, learning the causes of earthquakes, early warning mechanisms, emergency shelter and other scientific knowledge through seismic kinetic huts, collapsed structural scenery, earthquake scene reconstruction and earthquake platforms.

As a project construction unit, our company not only completed the design of the earthquake science base and the software and hardware development of the earthquake core training area, but also continued to provide the base with innovative products and system research and development technical support for earthquake emergency training. We have made positive contributions to enhancing the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of the southwest region by practicing social responsibility with professional competence. In the future, our company will continue to deepen product innovation in the field of emergency safety training, and contribute more to protecting the safety of people's lives and property.
